Shah Rukh Khan, Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer latest Bollywood movie ‘Raees’ grossed a total worldwide box office collection of Rs 290.45 crore. The film raked a business of Rs 139.21 crore in India and bagged Rs 90.45 crore in overseas. Rahul  Dholakia’s directorial venture is expected to enter 300-crore club by the end of 7th week.

The movie commenced its box office journey with Rs 20.42 crore opening day collection. Witnessing hike in the income, Mahira Khan’s debut Hindi flick grossed an income of Rs 26.30 crore on day 2. The film’s earnings dropped to Rs 13.11 crore collection on fourth day and again surged on 4th and 5th day when it minted Rs 15.61 crore and Rs 17.18 crore, respectively.

Hitting across 2300 screens in India, SRK’s first film of 2017 surpassed 100-crore mark by earning Rs 109.91 crore in first week. In second week, the movie reported a sharp declination in its business as it grossed Rs 28.75 crore. The film’s income further mellowed in third week as it scored Rs 6.05 crore collection.

Creating a massive impression over the fans in foreign countries, Shah Rukh Khan’s movie grossed a big income in overseas. The film reported collections of Rs 0.93 crore in Germany, Rs 4.47 crore in Australia, Rs 1.27 crore in New Zealand, Rs 9.53 crore in UAE, Rs 23.51 crore in North America, Rs 10.47 crore in United Kingdom and Rs 0.41 crore in Malaysia.
