Shivam Nair’s directorial project ‘Naam Shabana‘ earned Rs 0.63 crore as its 13th day box office collection. The movie, which features Manoj Bajpayee and Taapsee Pannu in main roles, minted an overall collection of Rs 34.63 crore in domestic arena. Witnessing 30% of drop in the business than Tuesday, the celluloid reported about 4-5% occupancy on its 2nd Wednesday in cinema halls.
The Hindi offering, which also stars Akshay Kumar in an extended cameo appearance, received comparatively less response on 13th April than that of April 12. The movie showcased poor performance in overseas and garnered very low income in the international market. ‘Naam Shabana‘ film is expected to experience gradual declination in its business in coming days.
Exhibiting splendid performance in opening weekend, the Bollywood flick grossed a total collection of Rs 18.66 crore in first-three days. The movie reported a steady mitigation in the earnings in week days of initial week. The celluloid reported lessening of the audiences’ response in theatres and earned stagnant income in second week also, bagging a whopping amount in thirteen days.
Titled as a prequel of ‘Baby’ movie, this Bollywood offering had an average performance in the overseas. Pocketing the box office business on silent note, the movie made a collection of Rs 4.25 crore in international market in first week. The film’s performance seems to have declined in second week as it reported no special earnings in next seven days after the opening week.
