Hollywood superstar Hugh Jackman’s latest English movie ‘Logan’ made a business of Rs 2.05 crore on 7th day of its release. Till now, the action thriller film has grossed a total collection of Rs 26.03 crore. Produced by popular filmmakers Hutch Parker, Simon Kindberg and Lauren Shuler Donner, ‘Logan’ movie collected an overall earning of $USD 401 million in the first week.
Directed by James Mangold, the celluloid commenced its box office journey with Rs 4.75 crore opening day collection. Showcasing slight growth in the business, the movie collected Rs 5.75 crore and Rs 6.60 crore on 2nd and 3rd day, respectively. Thus, ‘Logan’ film raked a total income of Rs 16 crore in initial three-days of first week.
After bagging Rs 16 crore weekend collection, Jackman’s cinema witnessed declination in the earnings. The movie minted Rs 2.48 crore on fourth day. Exhibiting consistent performance in next three days, the film grossed collection of Rs 2.26 crore, Rs 2.14 crore and Rs 2.05 crore on fifth, sixth and seventh day of its release.
The ‘Logan’ movie, which has been released across thousands of screens in India, performed quite well in the foreign countries. The film bagged $7.1 million in Russia, $11.4 million in the United Kingdom, $46.3 million in China, $8.2 million in South Korea and in Brazil. After pocketing a whopping amount in the first-three days of opening week, the Hollywood action thriller movie is expected to earn a total income of about $400 million in the first week.
