Karan Johar produced ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ movie collected Rs 2.25 crore on 11th day of release. The celluloid, which stars Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in main roles, witnessed about 10% occupancy on 2nd Tuesday in cinema halls. Showcasing stagnant growth in the business, the movie grossed Rs 95.69 crore total box office collection in eleven days.

Govinda’s film ‘Aa Gaya Hero’ was expected to hinder the box office journey of the second installment of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’, but the celluloid remained unaffected of the adjacently released movies’ performances. With the steady gross at India’s box office, the cinema is expected to surpass the 100-crore mark by the end of second week.

From the opening day of release to the weekend days of second week, Shashank Khaitan directed Hindi flick collected excellent income at box office and exhibited outstanding performance in domestic as well as international market. Till now, the Bollywood offering has pocketed Rs 156.54 crore worldwide box office collection. The celluloid minted Rs 26.07 crore in overseas.

Performing splendidly in foreign countries, the movie raked Rs 10.35 crore in North American countries (Canada and US), Rs 2.68 crore in United Kingdom, Rs 1.63 crore in Australia, Rs 0.03 crore in Malaysia, Rs 0.11 crore in Germany, Rs 1.24 crore in New Zealand and Rs 10.03 crore from rest of the world.
