Legendary Bollywood actor Govinda’s comeback movie ‘Aa Gaya Hero’ minted Rs 0.06 crore on 7th day of its release. The celluloid witnessed very low occupancy on its first Thursday in Indian cinema. Directed by Dipankar Senapati, the latest Hindi cinema reported a usual drop in its box office collection on day 7 and totalled an overall income of Rs 1.23 crore in first week.
Releasing on more than 500 screens in India, the Bollywood offering opened to decent occupancy on 17th March. The movie, which has been produced by the actor himself, grossed Rs 0.25 crore on the very first day. Showcasing steady performance in the cinema halls on second day, the Hindi flick collected Rs 0.25 crore on Saturday and totalled Rs 0.5 crore income in two days.
The film’s business grew on third day and it bagged Rs 0.30 crore on Sunday. After garnering Rs 0.8 crore collection in first weekend, Govinda starrer cinema experienced declination in the box office earnings on Monday and collected Rs 0.15 crore on the 4th day of its release. Further witnessing a gradual drop in the income, the Bollywood flick grossed Rs 0.12 crore on day 5.
After grossing a total collection of Rs 1.07 crore in initial five days, the movie’s business declined on Wednesday. The film pocketed Rs 0.10 crore on sixth day of release. Witnessing consistent drop in the box office business, Govinda’s movie minted Rs 0.06 crore Thursday. Thus, the Hindi cinema gathered a total collection of Rs 1.23 crore in seven days.
